Questions struck me since childhood why some people are so poor and some are so rich. I always wondered that i would open factories and employ the beggar and people who are specially enabled, who can’t work due to limitations caused by the inabilities due to body and illness. I dreamt of such a world order since the childhood days. I used to question what is it that decides who is born into what family, why don’t everyone born into well to do families. Along the journey of life we get lost whilst we start fitting ourselves into other person’s lives thinking this is who I should be.
Why does our mind get conditioned on thinking for goals with less impact. Why don’t we imagine like Albert Einstien, Nikola Tesla and continue to persist with our imagination to manifest transforming products. This universe gives what we want then how come we stop asking for anything such which is not yet there. What is it that limits our minds!!!!!
Little Things:
We often discuss things with our circles, we enjoy those talks. Many people make little talks just for the sake of it. Many make to get the kicks out of it like gossiping, we think there is nothing wrong when we discuss other people or communities but this is where it gets wrong. Every action that we take is a seed that we sow in the universe and fruit is certain to be follow our way. This is why we say little things matter a lot. Entertainment is good but not at the cost of just feeding your wrong guts. You don’t and won’t know how the brain of other person works, how a single thought create ripple effects. So one should be conscious while we go through the flow of a discussion. Knowingly or Unknowingly you may be the root cause of an end result. Understand the Impulsions Compulsions of your inner being and work on the same to have productive universal results.
Religion cannot silence the nature within you beyond a certain point. Blessed are the ones with pure heart who shall see the God. We must focus on the ONE which is without any description given by us people, like without a form, without a shape, without a name or any word invented by people. Experience that ONE without any form of bias or information passed on to us by others.
Sit down, close your eyes,
Relax your body,
Take long breath, and again try to Relax your body, Let that stress and tension be relieved from body until you stop feeling the heaviness and feel the Lightness within. Imagine the ONE inside your Body, Wide open your arms and welcome the Grace of ONE being showered on you. Let go of any biases or thoughts that you kept holding on to under any belief systems.
ALL is ONE and ONE is ALL.
Nature’s Beauty: A Reminder of God’s Blessings
Amidst the hustle and bustle of our lives, We often forget the beauty nature provides, The flowers blooming with vibrant hues, And the stars twinkling in the endless blues.
Do you see the beauty in the flower? The way it sways in the gentle breeze, Or the way it holds on to the morning dew, As if it’s never ready to bid adieu.
Do you see the beauty in the stars twinkling at night? The way they twinkle and dance in the sky, Or the way they paint a picture so bright, That it leaves us in awe with eyes wide.
And do you see the God’s blessing in nature? The way it nurtures and provides, Or the way it teaches us to be patient and kind, And to cherish the moments, as they may soon slide.
Nature is a gift, so precious and pure, It fills our hearts and minds with a cure, For all the troubles and worries that we endure, And reminds us of the blessings we often ignore.
So, take a moment to appreciate the flower, And gaze at the stars, as they tower, And be grateful for the God’s blessing in nature, For it’s the greatest gift, and our true nurturer.

Introduction: “awakening to the present moment”:
“Awakening to the present moment is a powerful practice that can transform our lives. It allows us to fully engage with the world around us, to experience every moment as it unfolds, and to find a sense of peace and contentment in the midst of life’s ups and downs. When we awaken to the present moment, we become more aware of our thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations, and we learn to observe them without judgment or attachment. We begin to see the world with fresh eyes, to appreciate the beauty that surrounds us, and to connect more deeply with ourselves and others.
But awakening to the present moment is not always easy. We live in a world that is constantly pulling us in different directions, with endless distractions and demands on our time and attention. It’s easy to get caught up in our worries and fears, to dwell on the past or worry about the future, and to miss out on the richness of the present moment.
So how can we awaken to the present moment? It starts with simply paying attention. We can begin by noticing our breath, by feeling the sensations in our body, and by becoming aware of our thoughts and emotions. We can practice mindfulness meditation, go for a walk in nature, or simply take a few deep breaths throughout the day. With practice, we can cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment, and learn to fully engage with the world around us.
Ultimately, awakening to the present moment is about living a more meaningful and fulfilling life. It’s about letting go of our worries and fears, and connecting more deeply with ourselves and others. It’s about finding joy and contentment in the here and now, and living each moment to the fullest. So take a deep breath, let go of your worries, and awaken to the present moment – you might be surprised at what you discover.”
Chapter 1: The Power of Imagination and Limiting Beliefs
From childhood, we are often told to dream big, to imagine a better future for ourselves. We are encouraged to set goals and work towards achieving them. But as we grow older, we often become conditioned to think small, to limit ourselves, and our dreams. We start to believe that some things are impossible, that we cannot achieve certain things, and that our circumstances define our future.
But what if we told you that your imagination has the power to manifest your dreams and transform your reality? What if we told you that the universe responds to your thoughts, and that you can create anything you want if you believe in it? It may sound like wishful thinking or New Age mumbo-jumbo, but there is scientific evidence that supports the power of the mind.
Neuroscience has shown that our thoughts and beliefs can shape our brain, and that the brain can change in response to our thoughts and experiences. Our thoughts and emotions can influence our physical health, our relationships, and our success in life. The placebo effect is a well-known example of how our beliefs can influence our body’s response to a treatment. When people believe that a sugar pill is a real medicine, they can experience real healing.
The power of imagination has been recognized by many successful people throughout history. Albert Einstein, for example, attributed his discoveries to his ability to imagine himself riding on a beam of light. Nikola Tesla, the inventor of the alternating current, was known for his vivid imagination and ability to visualize his inventions in detail. Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple, famously said, “The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world are the ones who do.”
So why do we limit ourselves and our dreams? Why do we believe that some things are impossible or out of reach? Often, it is because of our conditioning and limiting beliefs. We may have been told by our parents, teachers, or peers that we are not smart enough, talented enough, or worthy enough to achieve our dreams. We may have experienced failure or rejection in the past, and we have internalized those experiences as evidence of our limitations.
The good news is that we can change our beliefs and our conditioning. We can reprogram our minds to believe in our own power and potential. We can challenge our limiting beliefs and replace them with positive affirmations and empowering thoughts. We can use techniques such as visualization, meditation, and hypnosis to tap into our subconscious mind and rewire our brain for success.
In this book, we will explore the power of the mind and spirit, and how we can use our imagination and beliefs to manifest transformative products and experiences. We will discuss the importance of little things and how our thoughts and actions can create ripple effects in the universe. We will also examine the role of religion and spirituality in our lives, and how we can connect with the ONE without any biases or preconceptions.
Are you ready to unleash the power of your mind and spirit? Let’s dive in and explore the limitless possibilities of the universe.
Chapter 2: The Power of Imagination
Have you ever heard of the story of Elon Musk? He is one of the most innovative and successful entrepreneurs of our time. He co-founded PayPal, SpaceX, Tesla Inc., Neuralink, and The Boring Company. However, he didn’t start with a silver spoon in his mouth. He grew up in South Africa and had a tough childhood. But even as a child, he had an active imagination. He would daydream about space exploration and technology, which led him to start SpaceX.
Elon Musk’s imagination is what sets him apart from others. He doesn’t think in terms of what is possible or impossible. He thinks of the unimaginable and makes it a reality. This is the power of imagination. It can help you create something that has never existed before.
Let’s take another example of a successful entrepreneur, Steve Jobs. He co-founded Apple Inc. and revolutionized the technology industry. He believed in the power of imagination and said, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it.”
Steve Jobs imagined a world where people could carry a computer in their pocket, and he made it a reality with the invention of the iPhone. He didn’t settle for what already existed. He used his imagination to create something new and revolutionary.
Our imagination is not limited to just creating new products or technology. It can also help us solve problems that seem impossible. Take the example of Malala Yousafzai. She is a Pakistani activist for female education and the youngest Nobel Prize laureate. When she was just 11 years old, she started blogging about her life under Taliban occupation and advocating for girls’ education. Despite facing death threats, she continued to speak out and use her imagination to find a solution to the problem.
Malala’s imagination led her to create the Malala Fund, which advocates for girls’ education and helps provide resources for girls in need. She used her imagination to create a world where every girl has access to education, and she is making it a reality.
In conclusion, the power of imagination is limitless. It can help us create something new, solve impossible problems, and make a difference in the world. As we grow up, we should never lose our imagination. We should continue to dream big and use our imagination to make the world a better place.
Chapter 3: Little Things Matter
We oftern hear wise people saying “little things matter”. Well, it’s true. Often, we overlook the small actions we take or the things we say, thinking that they do not matter much. But every action we take or every word we say is like a seed that we plant in the universe, and it will eventually bear fruit.
Once there was a man who was going through a tough time in his life. He had lost his job and was struggling to make ends meet. One day, he was walking down the street, feeling hopeless and defeated when he saw a small girl sitting on the pavement, crying. He went up to her and asked her what was wrong. She told him that she had lost her teddy bear, and it was her only companion. The man felt a surge of empathy and decided to help her find her teddy bear. They searched high and low, and after an hour of searching, they found the teddy bear lying in a ditch. The little girl was overjoyed, and the man felt a sense of purpose and happiness that he had not felt in a long time.
This little act of kindness may seem insignificant, but it had a profound impact on both the man and the little girl. It brought them both happiness and restored the man’s faith in humanity.
In another instance, a woman was going through a difficult time in her life. She had just lost her husband, and she was struggling to come to terms with her loss. One day, she received a letter in the mail from a stranger. The letter was full of kind words and encouragement, telling her that she was not alone and that she would get through this difficult time. The woman was moved to tears by this act of kindness, and it gave her the strength to keep going.
These stories highlight the fact that little things matter. A small act of kindness or a few words of encouragement can make a huge difference in someone’s life. We never know how our actions or words may affect someone, so it is crucial to be mindful of them.
Even in our day-to-day conversations, little things matter. A casual comment or a passing remark may seem harmless, but it can have a significant impact on someone’s life. We need to be mindful of our words and actions and make sure that we are sowing positive seeds in the universe.
For example, imagine you are having a discussion with a group of friends, and you start gossiping about someone else. It may seem harmless at the moment, but that seed of gossip can grow into something more significant. The person you are talking about may find out, and it could lead to hurt feelings, damaged relationships, and even long-term consequences.
On the other hand, if you choose to spread positivity and kindness, that too can have a significant impact. Even a small compliment or a kind gesture can make someone’s day and change the course of their life. You never know how your actions or words may affect someone, so it is essential to be conscious of them.
It is crucial to be mindful of the impulses and compulsions of our inner beings and work on them to have productive universal results. We need to be aware of the power of our words and actions and make sure that we are sowing positive seeds in the universe. By doing so, we can make a positive impact on ourselves and others around us.
Chapter 4: Religion and Spirituality
Religion and spirituality have been the subject of debate for centuries. While religion provides a set of beliefs and practices to follow, spirituality is more personal and involves experiencing a connection to something greater than oneself.
However, it is important to note that religion and spirituality are not mutually exclusive. One can be religious and still have a spiritual connection with the divine.
But why is it important to focus on the ONE without any description given by people? Religion often creates a set of beliefs that can be limiting, and it can silence the nature within us beyond a certain point. It is important to remember that religion is man-made and therefore flawed, while spirituality is a personal experience that can be limitless.
When we focus on the ONE without any form of bias or information passed on to us by others, we can experience a deeper connection to the divine. It allows us to let go of any biases or thoughts that we have held onto under any belief systems and experience a pure and personal connection with the divine.
This experience can be achieved through various means such as meditation, prayer, or simply being present in the moment. By sitting down, closing our eyes, and taking long breaths, we can relax our body and let go of any stress or tension that we may be holding onto. As we let go of these distractions, we can begin to feel the lightness within and imagine the ONE inside our body.
One beautiful thing about spirituality is that it is not limited to any one religion or belief system. It is a personal experience that can be shared and celebrated with others, regardless of their beliefs.
One of the most notable spiritual leaders of all time was the Buddha. He taught that the ultimate goal of life was to achieve enlightenment, which he described as a state of perfect peace, happiness, and wisdom. The Buddha also emphasized the importance of self-awareness and self-control, as well as compassion and kindness towards others.
One story that illustrates the Buddha’s teachings is the parable of the blind men and the elephant. In this story, several blind men come across an elephant and each one touches a different part of its body. One man touches the trunk and thinks the elephant is like a snake, while another touches the ear and thinks the elephant is like a fan. Each blind man has a different perception of the elephant based on their limited experience. The Buddha used this story to illustrate the concept of “dependent origination,” which means that everything is interconnected and dependent on each other.
In today’s world, we are seeing an increasing focus on materialism and consumerism, which is leading to the destruction of our planet. We are consuming resources at an unsustainable rate, and this is leading to climate change, deforestation, and the extinction of many species. It is essential that we shift our focus towards sustainability and living in harmony with the environment.
To bring awareness to this issue, we can start by making small changes in our daily lives. For example, we can reduce our use of plastic, conserve water, and use public transportation instead of driving. We can also support organizations that are working towards sustainability and conservation.
In addition, we need to cultivate a greater sense of spirituality and interconnectedness. We need to recognize that everything in the universe is connected and that our actions have a ripple effect. By cultivating compassion, kindness, and self-awareness, we can live more meaningful and fulfilling lives while also contributing to the greater good.
In essense, religion and spirituality are two different things, and it is important to focus on the latter to achieve true enlightenment. We need to shift our focus towards sustainability and conservation to ensure that we leave a habitable planet for future generations. By cultivating a greater sense of spirituality and interconnectedness, we can live more meaningful and fulfilling lives while also contributing to the greater good. Spirituality encourages us to look beyond the limitations of religion and connect with the ONE in a personal and profound way. By letting go of any biases or thoughts that we have held onto under any belief systems, we can experience the true power and beauty of spirituality.
Chapter 5: Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness are two practices that can help us focus on the present moment and cultivate awareness of our thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention to the present, where we observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment. Meditation is a practice that helps us achieve this state of mindfulness.
There are several daily life practices that can help us incorporate mindfulness into our daily routines. One such practice is mindful breathing. This involves taking a few deep breaths and focusing on the sensation of air entering and leaving the body. This can help us ground ourselves in the present moment and calm our mind. Another practice is mindful eating, where we pay attention to the tastes, smells, and textures of the food we are eating, instead of mindlessly consuming it.
Real-life examples of mindfulness practices can be found in various cultures and traditions. For example, in Japan, there is a tradition called “tea ceremony” or “chado,” where participants gather to prepare and enjoy a cup of tea in a mindful and deliberate manner. In Buddhism, walking meditation is a practice where practitioners walk slowly and mindfully, paying attention to each step and their surroundings. In yoga, practitioners focus on their breath and body movements, cultivating mindfulness and awareness.
Living minimally is another way to cultivate mindfulness. By reducing our possessions and simplifying our lives, we can focus on what truly matters and become more mindful of our thoughts and actions. We can also reduce our impact on the environment by consuming less and being more mindful of our resource usage.
The benefits of mindfulness and meditation are numerous. They can reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, increase emotional regulation, and promote a sense of well-being. By incorporating mindfulness practices into our daily lives and living minimally, we can cultivate a more mindful and sustainable lifestyle, while also contributing to the well-being of ourselves and the planet.
Chapter 6: Conclusion
As we come to the end of this book, it is clear that there are many paths to finding inner peace and true happiness. We have discussed the power of imagination, the importance of little things, the difference between religion and spirituality, and the benefits of meditation and mindfulness.
It is evident that the world is moving towards materialism and destroying the mother nature, which is causing immense harm to the universe. We must take steps to raise awareness and encourage people to adopt a minimalist lifestyle and practice mindfulness. We should focus on the ONE without any bias or information passed on to us by others, and let go of any biases or thoughts that we have been holding onto.
We have also talked about the importance of compassion, kindness, and empathy in our day-to-day lives. We need to treat ourselves and others with love and respect, without any judgment or prejudice. Only then can we truly experience the inner peace and happiness that we all seek.
In conclusion, the journey towards inner peace and happiness is not an easy one, but it is a rewarding one. By practicing mindfulness, compassion, and letting go of our biases and beliefs, we can find true contentment and joy. It is up to us to take the first step towards a more fulfilling life, and I hope that this book has provided you with the tools to do so
